On the Reservations Center webpage, you may reserve a Road or MTB adventure ride, Single Occupancy accommodations, Bicycle Receiving/Assembly and Disassembly/Boxing, and Rental Bikes by clicking on the appropriate order buttons in the right-most column to place your choices into your Shopping Cart. While our one-day and weekend Road and MTB adventure rides are located in the upper section of this page, our Other Guest Services, such as Single Occupancy accommodations, Bicycle Receiving/Assembly and Disassembly/Boxing, and Rental Bikes are located in the bottom section of this page. You may obtain more information about a given tour or service by clicking on the images in the left-most column or the links in the middle column of this page. To view or alter the contents of your Shopping Cart, please click on one of the View Cart buttons located throughout this page. From within your Shopping Cart, you may link to a ride's or service's page by clicking on the name of the particular tour or service. In addition, you can return from your Shopping Cart to the Reservations Center by clicking on the Keep Shopping link in the bottom-left corner of your Shopping Cart. Lastly, after you have finalized your choices and are ready to complete your reservations, please click on the Checkout button located in the bottom-right corner of your Shopping Cart.
When Checking-Out online, you will be asked for your contact and credit card information. Any applicable entry fees for rides and other fees for services will be due upon Checkout. After placing your online reservations, you have a choice of receiving either an immediate Confirmation message on-screen or a Confirmation email message. Either type of confirmation will include a link to a brief online questionnaire, which enables Wild West Cycling to schedule a more detailed telephone or email interview with you. This interview is generally conducted for our rides that include 1 or more nights of stay and not as necessary for our one-day rides. For our weekend or longer rides, the interviews are particularly important so that we may learn more about your riding, dining, and sleeping preferences and determine what you would like to experience and achieve during your adventure ride.
You may also reserve a Wild West Cycling adventure tour and other services by emailing us at reservations@wildwestcycling.com or calling (415) 456-8859. Also you may indicate your choices in a letter, and enclose any applicable entry fees via a personal check made out to Wild West Cycling Adventures; or with your name as it reads on your credit card, credit card number, expiration month and year, and 3-digit security code. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If you use regular mail, please send your requests to our Home Office which is located at: Wild West Cycling Adventures, 30 Cypress Road, San Anselmo, CA 94960.
